Bio

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I am graduated as an art teacher since 2009. I developed my work as a professional Portrait Maker and Watercolorist in 2007/08. I am passioned by the human figure and oftenly inspired by the classic artists.

You can call me Andy.

I started drawing since very little and never stopped. Super Geek, I collected comic books for 27 years and most of my inspiration on drawing and painting started from comic book artists such as Alex Ross, Jim Lee, Dustin Nguyen, Mike Mignola to name a few. Also my favorite art movements are Impressionism and Renaissance, and I praise the works of Renoir, Van Gogh, William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Alphons Mucha, Michaelangelo, Leonardo and Rafaelo Sanzio.
Drawing was always something easy for me and I could evolve quickly with every technique I learned.
Taught myself the English language which gave me the opportunity to work at some schools and also developed my own material to teach english in private classes online. The English language has provided me another great opportunity to work at an exchange agency as a Group Leader who takes young students abroad to study english for a short period. It was a season job that I worked roughly for ten years and molded who I am today.

I am interested in many things such as books, I'm a LOTR, Saint Seiya and HP buff. I love Soul music, movies, Japanese food and dogs.
My extra activities are photography, I like to create and play board games and card games, I play shooting games and Diablo with my wife, I do some caligraphy, writting, I read Tarot cards which I am now developing a course.
